Decided to enter Liverpool Marathon, really enjoyed Edinburgh (my first Marathon) and hopefully will enjoy Liverpool even more. I'll start the longer runs soon and will have plenty of company from the PLS lads.

Steady six miles training run in work - wanted to do a few more in the night and go to circuits but the missus finished work early and wanted to go meal. Could'nt refuse as she's been ferrying me around since my car was pinched ;0)

Half price sale in the adidas shop, picked up a pair of Oregon 11 and Aegis, really wanted to try the Aegis but £110 tag put me off - got them and the Oregon for £88, looking forward to taking them both for a test spin this weekend.

Still no results up from the Leasowe 10k last Sunday, thought I might have been in with a shout of a V40 prize but couldn't hang around to find out
